Short Description of Provider, Organization and Services:

Founded in 1984, California Tomorrow's mission is to help create a just and inclusive society by promoting equal access to social, economic and educational resources, equal participation in major institutions, and by embracing diversity as a great strength. Our work focuses on supporting educational and other community institutions to expand resources, supports, and life options for our state’s most vulnerable populations so that we can better co-create a thriving society.

California Tomorrow’s after school and youth development work is based on a 3-year national research study of access, equity and diversity trends and promising practices. We published our Findings in Pursuing the Promise: Addressing Equity and Diversity in After School and Youth Programs (2003).
