The Network for a Healthy California--Northcoast Region promotes fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity for low-income Californians throughout Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte Counties. We offer technical assistance and training for teachers, after school staff and community organizations who would like to integrate nutrition education and physical activity into their programs. The Northcoast Nutirtion and Fitness Collaborative is made up of Network staff and funded programs and is open to anyone who is interested in promoting healthy lifestyles.
