Currently work under the auspices of the Butte County Office of Education. Provide support services to ASES, 21st CCLC and ASSETS to establish quality after school programs ranging from start-up to evaluating outcomes and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Provide quality educational staff development training and follow-up coaching in numerous areas that build the knowledge and skills of staff members to effectively perform their duties. Am committed to the success of every student and the excellence of every educator.
