The California Afterschool Network Older Youth Committee seeks presenters for middle and high school site coordinators for their monthly telephone workshops. These workshops are designed for participants to learn from experienced leaders in the field, share promising practices and solutions to common problems, and connect with other statewide practitioners. Starting in October, every second Wednesday of the month, a call-in telephone workshop will focus on high school coordinators, and every third Wednesday of the month a telephone workshop will focus on middle school site coordinators. Presenters will be expected to share promising practices with middle or high school after school site coordinators for 20 to 40 minutes. The remainder of the call will be a Network facilitated discussion for all participants to share resources and discuss solutions to common problems.

• May – Planning Next Year’s Staff Development
• June – Summer Programming
