Guide to Professional Development of Out-of-School Science Activity Leaders
The tools and articles that make up the guide from the National Partnerships for AfterSchool Science (NPASS) has been created as a model of how to engage out-of-school activity leaders in professional development around science and engineering activities for youth. It describes an approach to out-of-school programming where science is complementary to what happens in school, and the activities and projects used with youth are accessible to most program leaders.

The guide is a web-based resource and can be found at: http://cse.edc.org/products/npassprofdevguide/
